App doesn’t work. Will fly with another company.

I wish zero stars was an option; agree with previous reviews that developer should be fired. They would be better not having an app at all - it does almost nothing, never works, exits randomly, login process is a PIA. Airline isn’t any better. As a public service announcement - if you are flying Azores / SATA, don’t bother with the app - worse than a waste of time! The only good thing is that you will hopefully land in the azores at some point which is a beautiful part of the world

A few of us tried to create an account and no one was successful. Every option turned on the app just says error with no explanation. Not really a good sign of a good product/ service if I were ever to be able to login

Don’t expect this app to have any correct info. Flight was delayed 4 hours, still coming up as “on schedule”. Wasted a whole day in the airport when it all could have been avoided. This happened both ways.

Seriously… what is the purpose of this app? All my previous reservations are gone now and when I try to re-enter them i get error msg or duplication of entry msg.

Horrible app. Says booking is duplicate, but doesn’t show any of the details for flights I’ve apparently duplicated.

Remember when you download this app that you will be unable to get access to your boarding pass. You don’t even have the option to print it. A 3 year old could have done a better job developing an app. The airline itself is also a complete nightmare to deal with so please beware. Near impossible to get in touch with. If you’re planning to visit the Azores, explore different airline options

I would literally freelance and make a better app and website if SATA gets in touch. It shouldn’t be this bad

It does not work. Every time I enter the booking number it goes to a blank blue page!!!!

This app is trash. First off, to make an account you have to enter your birthdate and you have to hit the back button by month until you hit your birth month and year. Super annoying. After logging in with the temporary password it is supposed to prompt you to create a new one. It doesn’t. I was able to check in on the website but I received no proof whatsoever that I checked in. No email, no texts, it doesn’t show up in the app. What a joke. Don’t even bother with this stupid useless app.

Was able to check in with no issues, made my azores airlines flights smooth and easy!

Did a 4 year old develop this app?

the app never allow you to log so unable to to do online check in via the apps and when doing check in at the counter my. They force you to check in Your carry on luggage’s even thought is under the right weight for carry-on and charge you $300 euro .. I have use the same carry-on luggage on multi different airlines and never have a issue.. I will never fly on this airline again

DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE. I have never written a review like this but I am compelled by rage to warn others. THEY CANCEL AND ARBITRARILY REBOOK YOU. AND YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I don’t know who developed this app, but they need to be fired . Trying to check in online is a joke! I signed out and tried to sign back in to my account and it wouldn’t allow me ; saying that there was something wrong with my password. yet I had saved my password, then to reset my password they were to send me an email… no email. tried to contact them via phone and there is no information nobody knows anything and then they tell you to send an email Also, they can’t tell you when your email request would be answered. What kind of apt is this they can’t even allow you to reset an a password.

Did not provide gate or terminal info. Never could find booked flights

I went through the whole process and never could get an account setup. Error after 20 minutes I gave up. Needs to be fixed.

Nothing to review because the app doesn’t open.

Very frustrating- downloaded app but it crashes each time so pretty pointless if you want to just get e-tickets and check in online before your flight.

The Create Account page does not work. Takes forever to fill out the form, with fields requiring 15 taps to activate, and create account button does absolutely nothing . Zero stars for this app.

This is by far one of the worst app I have ever use, I try to open an account and I would not I through the next step...

I went through the entire glitchy “create an account” process in both iPad and iPhone and got to the final “create account” submission, only to have it fail to do anything. Twenty minutes or more and I still don’t have an account. Definitely not confidence-inspiring.

Great app thanks SATA it’s better than using the website for booking flights to azores in Portugal

This app does not reflect your mileage rewards and is outdated. SATA get your act together, your app is useless!!

Flight status is never updated and the two flights I took were both delayed by two hours. They also bumped me out of my reserved seat to another. First and last time on Azores Airlines next time on TAP or Ryan Air. The cabin crew were wonderful.

Yesterday’s flight cancelled, today’s flight 2 hours late- typical SATA. App still says departing on time at 0830 and it’s now 0730. Don’t trust flight status on app.

Antes podia ver a minha conta da SATA Imagine e podia fazer reservas de voo... Agora pouca utilidade tem.
